How did you put your Flickr link in your signature like that?!

I have a question for all of you!
In my signature, it says “My Flickr Stream-” And then I put the link to my Flickr page.
I’ve noticed a lot of people have their Flickr stream in their signatures, but instead of just giving the link like I did, it just says “My Flickr Stream”, and you click on those words and it takes you their Flickr stream.
Can you tell me how you did that?! Thanks so much! :)
